Order Ahead FAQs

A feature of Upay that allows you to pre-order food and beverages for collection or delivery (Pollock Halls only) later that day, at your chosen location and time.

• Pollock Halls

• By ordering ahead you will beat the queues and minimise waiting times. 
• You are also able to pay with your Upay account balance or with a credit or debit card.

• You can access Order Ahead from the Upay app home page. Look out for Order Ahead locations to place your order.

If you are not registered yet follow the steps detailed below to create an account: 

Register for an account

• Go to www.upay.co.uk/app or download the free Upay app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  You can also access Upay via the “services” channel in MyEd.
• Click on the ‘Register for a Upay Account’:
• Enter ‘UOE’ as Company Affiliate ID
• Click ‘NEXT’
• Enter your staff or student number, without the letter ‘s’
• You will be prompted to confirm your details.
• Enter you email address, contact telephone number (optional) and create a password. You will then receive an email confirming your registration.  If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder or return to the Upay screen and click ‘resend ‘email’

• We will not pass your details on to 3rd party sources and the content of the mail outs will be service and Upay related news/information.

  Login

  Once registered, login to Upay by going to www.upay.co.uk/app and enter your username & password.

Please speak with the Manager at the collection location.

• Be at the collection point at your chosen time.
• Bring along your confirmation email and your staff/student card as a form of identification.
• All goods will be packaged to take away.

• Be at the delivery location at your chosen time.
