Easter Bush

Dolly's can be found on the ground floor of the Roslin Institute Building on the Easter Bush Campus.

There is a wide variety of food on offer, all freshly made to order. This includes baked potatoes, panini, baguettes, salads, bagels, toasties, homemade soup plus a daily main meal. If you fancy something a little naughty there will be danish pastries, muffins and freshly baked cookies. We also serve great coffee, delicious smoothies and some chilled frappés to keep you cool.

The View is the University of Edinburgh's second largest catering facility located within the Royal (Dick) Veterinary School location at the Easter Bush Estate in Midlothian.

Catering is served from a hot counter providing the full range of Scottish breakfasts, filled hot rolls and hot lunches. There is also a Grab & Go counter with a range of freshly made rolls, panini, salads, toasties and homemade soups. We also serve freshly ground speciality coffees, organic Fairtrade teas and a wide selection of cold drinks.
